Andalou Naturals Apricot Probiotic Cleansing Milk - Can I say, I wish I tried it sooner! My skin has been a little crazy (little drier in which causes breakouts) It is creamy, removes some makeup but not the heavy makeup. Soothes my dry skin without being heavy.   non-gmo, cruelty-free, gluten-free, vegetarian  💙

Akar Skin desert rescue face oil - Yes, please! My skin is so so dry like a desert, lol. I received this in an Art of Organics box. This desert face oil has soothed, healed my desert dry skin. 100% natural, 100% organic, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free 💛

Andalou Naturals Citrus Sunflower body wash - I love this in the morning, it's like a wake-up refresh smell. Citrus... ahh

It's a gel texture. non-gmo, cruelty-free, natural 💚

Flourish Body Care & Haircare Minis - I'm so glad Flourish came out with this sample set so you can see if their product works for you or if another type Flourish shampoo or conditioner works better than another. I asked what would they recommend dry, itchy, flaky scalp. Lavender-mint + clover - I'm not a fan of lavender in everything I have but this smells so good! At first wash it really cleanses, the conditioner isn't heavy at all. My hair slowly became not so dry. Like it repairs it self. 💙

My Green Beauty Journey

 On my start into Green Beauty World on Instagram, it was a slow start. Getting to know others, making friends, learning about products & brands and getting the word out there.  Just over a year, my Instagram grew but I didn't know around the corner was drama. 

People calling others out, hating on one another whether it was a brand or another Instagrammer or some getting blackballed. You can only use these products and not those. Brands calling out Instagrammers. Instagrammers calling out Brands. I have to say a group of green beauty Instagrammers make you feel welcome and nice but in reality, you're not really welcome but challenged. Why can't we be ourselves? Without offending, or being pushed. 

I know that Instagram is a big marketing playground but why push products, you don't really use, just to make a buck! Honestly, maybe it doesn't work for you but for another Instagrammer, it does work and could advertise that product and make the money honestly.  I could go on and on about product pushing but just know it's big in the Green Beauty World and it can suck you in & spit you out and make you broke!

I've seen brands post quotes and some Instagrammer getting an offended and a group all chimes in on the Instagrammers side when reality the post was just a post and nothing more (not to offend). 

 In reality, some bloggers are saying you can afford to go green "It's not expensive at all." Ha Ha, I think you need a reality check!  I could go on and on about this to prove it is not but I not going to waste my time trying to prove to someone when they already have their mind set on the subject.

Medically, there's good and bad. It's all about balance. Everyone has different views. 

Honestly, what I've seen and been through on this journey it has changed my feelings on green beauty.  There are some great honest green beauty Instagrammers/Blogger.  I am free to try whatever product I like to, and like & follow whatever blogger or Instagrammer. I will continue to use some natural, green beauty product but I will use some that are not natural or green. 

Tip: Don't let someone push you into following them or trying a product.

Tip: If your welcome in a group or team but don't feel right or felt not wanted in the group or team, probably not. Trust your instincts!

Tip: Love yourself! You are beautiful! 💙

LAIA SKINCARE Co. Is PETA, LEAPING BUNNY CERTIFIED, Cruelty-free + Vegan (organic). Sample Set gets you 4 product with 2 to 5 uses each. In the set December Winter Balm, Blossom Toning Hydrosol, Morning Dew Multi Tasking Moisture Concentrate, For the Season, I got For an Autumn.

• Morning Dew 2 oz, Full size $90.00 ~ This multi tasking product can be used as a balm, moisturizer, primer, cleansing balm, and more. First I used it as a cleanser balm, does remove makeup but I felt I need to clean my face again after with another product. Next time I used it as a moisturizer/primer, say it didn't work out. It has a smell but very faint. I didn't have any luck with this product.  Ingredients: ORGANIC BABASSU OIL, ORGANIC GRAPE SEED OIL, ORGANIC CAMELLIA SEED OIL

• Blossom Toner Hydrosol 4 oz, Full size $90.00 ~ This product is for sensitive skin, calming, balancing, antioxidant mist, and setting spray. I have to say I enjoyed this Mist! It was great for my sensitive skin was no irritation, calming, and I totally could over use this product because this spray is heavenly! Ingredients: ORGANIC CITRUS SINENSIS FRUIT PEEL HYDROSOL
• For An Autumn Facial Serum 1 oz, Full size $104.00 ~ This product can be used as a night mask, eye mask, or moisturizer. This serum is super gentle, the smell of rose, and calming. I haven't enough to use it long enough to see if it minimalizes fine line, spot, acne spot, and wrinkles. Nice product. Please note they have other serum for other skin types! (" Summers" is for oily, unbalance, or combination skin. "Winters" for dry or damaged skin. "Springs" for Mature, Weathered, and damaged skin. "Autumns" for sensitive, normal skin)  Ingredients: ORGANIC CAMELLIA SEED OIL, ORGANIC CHIA SEED OIL, ORGANIC ROSEHIP OIL
• December Winter Facial Balm 2 oz, Full size $130.00 ~ Facial balm goes a long way, you need to use just a little bit. I totally understand why they called it winter balm because it helps with a very dry patch on the skin, as a balm. Used as a dry skin balm, overnight mask, for dry patches, soften, and for wrinkle repair. Very nice balm! Ingredients: ORGANIC MANGO BUTTER, ORGANIC BAOBAB SEED OIL, ORGANIC ARGAN OIL, ORGANIC CAMELLIA SEED OIL
• These products have a very faint smell that comes from organic oils. 

            My favorite product is the Blossom Toning Hydrosol💗

• Moon + Sea Bangarang Body Scrub lemon + Peppermint*~  I was like this is going to be like any other scrub but to my surprise! No, it's a spa like a scrub with the ocean smell in a jar. The scrub is coarse, with tingly peppermint cooling feeling than leaving my skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. On my repurchase list! A Favorite 💗

• Honest Beauty Mascara ~ This is the second one I've have finished. The mascara is okay but it flakes after awhile but the primer is what I love the most and use under with other natural/ cruelty-free mascaras. Love the primer and meh on mascara. Maybe repurchase. Currently trying another lash primer to compare. 👌

• Coola Face unscented matte untinted SPF 30 ~ (my first products need to use up)  I love this product because of no white sunscreen effect, matte so no glowy face, easy to blend, and SPF of 30.  Got this in a subscription box. Will purchase 💙

• Kari Gran Lip Whip Lip Scrub ~ A gentle lip scrub but soothing, smoothing on lips. You just want to eat it. Purchase sample on Integrity Botanicals. I'm undecided if going to repurchase a full size.

• Kypris Glow Philtre Mask ~ This mask is gentle, exfoliates, give skin soft, smoothness with a glow. Purchase sample on Bella Cuore Beauty. I like this mask but the price point, it has to be a product splurge. 💛
